De BetonKanoRace brengt jaarlijks meer dan 300 ethousiaste studenten van de studies Civiele Techniek en Bouwkunde samen. De meeste teams zijn afkomstig van onderwijsinstellingen uit Nederland (denk hierbij aan universiteiten, HBO’s en ROC’s), maar er zijn ook teams afkomstig uit het buitenland (zoals Duitsland en Polen).
De BKR wordt jaarlijks georganiseerd door een verkozen studievereniging en is hiermee een non-profit evenement. Om deze reden is de organisatie grotendeels afhankelijk van sponsoring door bedrijven. Mocht u een bedrijf of stichting vertegenwoordigen en bij willen dragen aan een evenement waar studenten uitgedaagd worden om te innoveren binnen de wereld van Civiele Techniek en Bouwkunde?

The ConcreteCanoeRace brings together over 300 enthusiastic students from Civil and Building Engineering each year. Most teams come from educational institutions in The Netherlands (universities and other educational institutions), though there are also competing teams from other European countries, such as Germany and Poland.
The CCR is organised annualy by a non-profit organisation and is financially largely dependent on sponsorships.
